Printers you can trust! Intermec has been designing and building reliable, industrial quality printers for over 30 years. Very few companies have the expertise and experience Intermec printers can provide for you. All Intermec Printers offer excellent price/performance and low cost-of-ownership.
Additionally rugged metal components and housings are commonly used to ensure lasting value and durability. The thermal print heads are built to Intermec’s exacting performance and quality specifications, to ensure the best possible print and imaging. Simple connectivity and operator ease-of-use are the primary benefits in the design of all Intermec Printers.
The 3400 are a value-priced, industrial printer designed for distributed printing. Choose this rugged printer for shipping and receiving, inventory control, specimen or file tracking, and other applications requiring multiple print stations. The 3400 printer features metal construction with enclosed media supply for protection against dirt and dust. It includes a bolt down feature for extra security and stability. With quality 203 DPI output in any bar code rotation, the 3400 printer features user-selectable print speeds of 2, 3, 4 and 5 IPS.
The 3400 printer is compatible with Intermec’s printer family and includes PrintSet™, a Windows®-based printer configuration and installation tool.
The 3240 is an extremely high-resolution 406 DPI printer, delivering the sharpest fonts and most the precise graphics in the industry. Printing bar codes that exactly match industry standards means better bar code scanability Featuring PrecisionPrint™, the industry-leading print technology, the 3240 is engineered specifically to print small labels – as small as 0.1″ x 0.1″ and up to 2.7″ wide – with the highest precision of image registration, label after label. Print speed is user-selectable – 2, 3, or 4 IPS.
Suggested applications include: PCB and component labeling, test tube and specimen labeling, file tracking, end product marking, and small item marking. The 3240 is perfect for use in the telecommunications, electronics, pharmaceuticals, health care, diskette labeling, or jewelry manufacturing industries.
The 3440 features a 32-bit advanced Intel® microprocessor working in combination with IPL2 to provide very high label throughput. This means that the operator has very little time to wait for their labels to be printed. Labels up to 4.5″ wide (4.4″ print width) may be printed using user-selectable print speeds of 3, 4, or 5 IPS.
The 3440 provides the capability to print large labels for use as the replacements for preprinted labels. Replacing preprinted labels saves time and money by eliminating the necessity of maintaining diverse label inventories. Suggested applications include: end product marking, shipping and receiving, shelf and bin marking, and inventory control.
The 4400 is our top-of-the-line printer designed for continuous-duty printing. The 4400 maintains superior print quality under even the most adverse conditions. This rugged printer is blazingly fast with a top speed of 10 inches per second and absolute minimum hesitation between labels due to its high performance dual 16- and 32-bit microprocessor architecture. In addition, use of patented thermal compensation circuit results in superior print quality over its wide speed range.
The 4400 handles the widest array of printing media available, from economical direct thermal papers through the most exotic thermal transfer labels, offering you complete freedom to match the best media to the job. This workhorse can print 4.4 inches wide on large labels up to 5.12 inches wide and unlimited length on continuous media! It also includes PrintSet™, a Windows®-based configuration and installation tool.
The 4420 offers features and performance that have only been available on very expensive high-end printers. With its all-metal casing and industry-proven design, the Model 4420 is built for reliability in mission-critical applications for manufacturing, distribution, warehousing and government markets, where the printer is depended on and built for constant use 24 hours-per-day. The 4420 features 32-bit RISC processing, 203 dots per inch resolution, and selectable print speeds up to 8 IP. Other features include 157.6 Kbps serial interface, Precision Print technology, a moveable label gap sensor, and enhanced printhead bias pressure control. The 4420 is fully compatible with standard Intermec I/O options and comes standard with 1 MB DRAM.
